HouseHunters operates as an on-demand marketplace connecting individuals looking for residential or commercial rental properties (“House Seekers”) with local, independent community scouts (“House Hunters”) who locate, inspect, and share real-time vacant property listings.
Important Notice: HouseHunters is a technology platform and matching service. We are not a real estate agency, landlord, property manager, or broker. We do not own, lease, or directly manage any properties.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
Account Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Verification: House Hunters may be required to submit government-issued identity documents to complete KYC verification prior to receiving payouts.
Seekers use the Platform to submit property search briefs, connect with nearby Hunters, and arrange viewing appointments.
Seekers agree to pay agreed finder or scouting fees exclusively through the Platform’s built-in wallet and escrow system.
Hunters operate as independent service providers and not as employees, agents, or partners of OutsourceXperts.
Hunters are responsible for providing accurate property details, honest descriptions, and genuine media (photos/videos).
Hunters must respect local trespass laws and only scout or escort Seekers to properties where they have lawful permission to enter.
You agree NOT to:
Circumvent the Platform by making or accepting offline cash payments to bypass escrow protections.
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated property listings.
Harass, abuse, or engage in improper conduct toward other users, landlords, or community members.
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local housing regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform’s software and database.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending escrow funds, or permanent bans.
“As-Is” Service: The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Third-Party Property Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the physical condition, safety, utility reliability (water, electricity), or tenancy terms of any property discovered through the Platform. Seekers are strongly advised to perform thorough physical inspections and verify tenancy agreements with property owners before making rent deposits.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsourceXperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of funds due to off-platform transactions, or disputes arising between Seekers, Hunters, and third-party landlords.
Escrow Disputes: If a Seeker claims that a hunted listing was false, inaccurate, or unavailable upon arrival, the Seeker may flag the transaction before releasing funds. Our support team will review chat logs, location data, and photos to resolve the dispute impartially.
Final Decisions: OutsourceXperts reserves the right to make final determinations regarding dispute resolutions and the refund or disbursement of held escrow funds.
All software, visual interfaces, logos, trademarks, and content on the Platform (excluding user-submitted photos) are the exclusive property of OutsourceXperts. You may not reproduce or redistribute any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We may notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
